International Investors Group, LLC. IIG. was founded in 1991. It had been investing in and developing real estate projects in Houston, Texas, primarily focusing on single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, industrial parks, and commercial land development. Each product is set up to be owned and operated through different partnerships the company has established over the years.

For several years, IIG was also involved in constructing industrial warehouses in various industrial parks it developed or acquired. Also, IIG established and operated a home-building company from 1996–2003, building over 150 custom homes.

Over the last 32 years, the company has developed and sold over $300 Million in real estate assets, including over $150 Million in multi-family developments, $120 Million in single-family lots & patio homes, and $30 Million in industrial buildings.

The company has also developed an extensive network of business partners, providing it with the vision, skills, and resources to accomplish the mentioned ventures. These include business associates, equity partners, financial partners, development partners, commercial banks, engineers, architects, general contractors, title companies, real estate and corporate attorneys, MUD attorneys, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the different trades.
